Job purpose
Ensuring trading activity is compared with street activity to reduce the risk of uncleared trades. Trades without street comparisons are communicated to the appropriate party(s) and resolved. Providing trade support to various internal and external parties.
Duties and responsibilities
- Review and identify trade breaks for communication to Introducing Broker Dealers for resolution.
- Provide operational facilitation of trading activity and or reporting for clients without a Broker Dealer, various internal departments and Introducing Broker Dealers
- Process option expiration and assignment events
- Document review processes for department records
- Respond to email inquiries
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Daily reconciliation of suspense accounts
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required
- High School graduate
- College degree or some college preferred or equivalent experience
- Achieve results with accuracy and precision
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy
- Ability to applied learned knowledge
- Adept at learning new functions
- Team oriented philosophy
- Available for overtime as needed
